Polarity Therapy
Polarity Therapy is a natural health care system that works with the Human Energy Field. The client and practitioner work together to address physical, mental and emotional energy blocks in a safe, supportive environment. In Polarity Therapy bodywork, a variety of contacts are used to stimulate and balance the body’s electromagnetic fields. The practitioner may also help the client process feelings and develop specific strategies for reducing stress and increasing wellness. Through this partnership, the client becomes increasingly empowered in his or her own healing process.
A natural, effective way to uplift body, mind and spirit, Polarity Therapy utilizes four therapeutic techniques: Bodywork, Diet, Exercise and Self-Awareness.

BodyTalk
The BodyTalk System is a combination of advanced yoga, advaitic philosophy, modern physics, mathematics, the energy dynamics of acupuncture, the clinical findings of applied kinesiology and Western medical expertise. It is a form of therapy that that allows the body’s energy systems to be synchronized so they can operate as nature intended. Resynchronization enables the body’s mechanisms to function at optimum levels; preventing disease and rapidly accelerating the healing process.
During a BodyTalk session, the practitioner facilitates communication with the innate Wisdom of the body by using neuromuscular biofeedback. It includes tapping on the head, so that the brain becomes aware of and repairs the communication. Tapping on the sternum, or heart, ensures the new information is stored throughout the whole body.

Hot Stone Massage
Stone massage is a unique connection we experience with nature, offering a sense of profoundness and sacredness that we too often forget. It involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of greater intensity than with regular massage. In cases of muscular injury and inflammation, frozen or cooling marble stones are used. This creates a type of vascular flush in the circulatory system to help the body detoxify and heal. It is quite an enjoyable experience to feel the deeply penetrating heat from the basalt stones alternating with the toning and refreshing coolness of the marble stones. The use of extremes in temperature has long been scientifically proven to be of benefit to the body.
Stone massage will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, allowing you to let go of all the stress held within your body.
